Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2025

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using K-Mikro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. The Service is designed to assist Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and Hotspot operators in managing their MikroTik routers and user billing infrastructures safely.

02

Service License

K-Mikro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations. You explicitly agree not to:

  • » Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service source code.
  • » Use the Service to manage illegal content or target networks to facilitate cyber-attacks.
  • » Resell the Service software platform itself (White Label specific tier plans excluded).
03

Liability & Router Configuration

K-Mikro provides systems and API calls to manage MikroTik RouterOS devices via standard API tunnels and RADIUS core instances. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the physical deployment, software configuration, and firewall security of your hardware nodes.

We are not liable for core network outages, router lockouts, bandwidth degradation, or data loss caused by misconfiguration errors, hardware failures, or third-party upstream ISP network interruptions.

04

Payments & Refunds

Subscription automation engine fees are billed on monthly cycles or fixed annual configurations. You may terminate or cancel your automated active subscription at any interval; however, refunds are not allocated for partial months under active runtime. For specialized "Enterprise" or custom hardware integrations, specific signed contract terms will cleanly apply.

05

Data Privacy

We protect your backend data. K-Mikro metrics engines database stores only the explicit parameters required to process network AAA authentication protocols and billing functions (such as username, profile criteria, bandwidth usage, and active session duration). We do not collect, intercept, or sell your end-users' browsing history data to third-party tracking corporations.
